This teaching unit, through a range of key drama forms and storytelling, explores the idea of using exercise to keep fit. It uses Physical Theatre and active drama games to keep students moving and working their bodies. It is supported with a number of lively musical pieces to accompany the activities. Each lesson plan has clearly stated objectives and learning outcomes. They are structured to include introductory warm up, development and plenary sessions. A home work task is also included.
