Zoe Gertner specialises in teaching wood carving and sculpture, and is a fully qualified teacher, adult education tutor and professional woodcarver who studied anatomy and kinesiology as part of her Honours degree. She has experience teaching people from all walks of life, including the inmates of an HM Establishment, and her woodcarving courses, lessons and classes she holds in Devon, south west England are for students of any age from 8 years upwards. Many retired people have found wood carving and sculpture tuition has given them a new and absorbing leisure activity, as have woodworkers, turners and craft workers, those from medical and educational professions and others seeking relief from the stresses of life.
