Toby Penney is a Chattanooga born artist who currently resides in Tullahoma, Tennessee where she pursues painting full time. Her work has been shown throughout the country including shows local to Tennessee including The Best of Tennessee at the Tennessee State Museum as well as in solo exhibits in Chicago Il, and Charleston South Carolina. In recent years she has traveled to diverse regions of the United States following her passion and having a notable impact on the art community where she settles.
