Silver Harvest candles began under the local Trade Name Sweet Scents in 2000. We opened a store at North Town Mall in Toledo, Ohio. We had a great time selling the best candles money could buy! Our customers told us that our candles had excellent scent throw!! Our customers also were impressed with the look of our motive's and would comment - Looks so pretty I don't want to burn it, but I can't resist!" Back in 2000 most of my candles were paraffin based. We have since went to a soy blend wax. We now use the best fragrances money can buy! In the past, we tried the cheap fragrance oils, with mixed results. Sometimes a batch of candles did not turn out good. We thought the bad batch of candles was caused by something in the candle making process.
