Classically trained artist couple teaching and working together to create interior decorative finishes, classical interior murals, portraits, and still life. Victor paints still life with Russian Decorated Eggs as a subject. Natasha Mokina and Victor Pakhomkin are graduates of the Academy of Fine arts (Repin Institute), St. Petersburg, Russia. They relocated to Washington, DC area in 1991. Now they work in their studio in Bethesda. They are married and have a son, Peter.
