Infobarrel is a concept that was developed by Ryan McKenzie and Kevin Hinton of Hinzie Media Inc. After years of trying to get friends and family involved in creating secondary revenue streams online with limited success we decided to create something where people could gain all the benefits of running a profitable web site without having to worry about all the logistics behind running the web site itself. People can come, create content and generate revenue based on creating great material. No more worrying about getting a web site designed, programmed or where to host your site; all you have to do is create the best content you can and reap the benefits of having a full fledged site.

The concept behind InfoBarrel came to us in 2007 while amidst a game of Racquetball and was merely a concept until we began developing the site early 2008. We have big plans for InfoBarrel.com! In the very near future we are going to give our users the ability to write content for charity. What does that mean? It means that all money generated by 'charity content' will go directly to the charity of the month. We plan on changing the charity on a monthly basis, because, to be perfectly honest, there are so many needy causes out there, and we want to do our best to contribute to as many as possible.
