A culture of people living today near the city of Cuzco, Peru. It was the capital of the Inca empire and is close to Machu Picchu. The site will help preserve and celebrate the textiles of the Andes and assist their weavers. The art of weaving is important to modern Inca families as it was to their ancestors. Every traditional family in Peru contains at least one weaver.
