Cinnamon Twist Belly Dance is located in Wollongong, NSW Australia and offers classes for the complete beginner through to advanced level. We have classes for adults, kids, and Mums & Bubs! Belly Dancing is great fun and fantastic exercise. Belly dance is a beautiful and ancient form of dance which has its origins in the traditional dances of the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia. Today belly dance is practiced and enjoyed by women all over the world. The sensually graceful movements of belly dance, with its focus on the torso and hips rather than on the legs and feet, make this dance form a liberating and unique way to keep fit.

Cinnamon Twist Belly Dance Troupe represents an active and vital part of local community events and cultural festivals in the Illawarra such as Thirroul Seaside Festival, Corrimal Spring Fair, The Illawarra Folk Festival, just to name a few. The troupe comprises of women of varying ages, backgrounds, and experiences – women who share a love and dedication for the art of Middle Eastern dance.
